Visit any content in the Central Management System (CMS) while logged out to be redirected to the Login page (Fig. 1).
Enter your Username (which is typically your email address) and Password.
If your account is set up for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), enter a current Access Code or Emergency Access Code. Otherwise, leave this blank. If you would like to hide the Access Code field, click the “I don’t have an access code” link.
Click the “Login” button.
If your account IS NOT set up for MFA, you are directed to the Multi-Factor Authentication page and you are encouraged to sign up for MFA.
If your account IS set up for MFA, you are directed to the Home page.
If the credentials you entered are invalid, you will receive a Login Attempt Failed email (Fig. 2). You may try correcting the values and logging in again. After six failed attempts your account will be locked for 60 minutes.
If you have forgotten your password or your password has expired, click the “Forgotten/Expired password” link (Fig. 1) to be directed to the Reset Password page. There you can proceed as described in the Reset Password documentation.
