Visit any content in the Central Management System (CMS) while logged out to be redirected to the Login page (Fig. 1).
Forgotten/Expired Password Page
Click the “Forgotten/Expired password” link (Fig. 1) to go to the Forgotten/Expired Password page (Fig. 2).
Enter your Username and Email (probably the same value). You will need to contact your reseller for assistance if you have forgotten these.
If your account is set up for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), enter a current Access Code or Emergency Access Code. Otherwise, leave this blank. If you would like to hide the Access Code field, click the “I don’t have an access code” link.
Click the “Send” button.
Password Reset Information Email
You will receive a Password Reset Information email (Fig. 3). Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
Reset Password Page
Visit the Reset Password page (Fig. 4) and enter your Username, Email, and Confirmation Code as they appear in the email. Enter and confirm a password that meets the password requirements, then click the “Continue” button. This process must be completed within 15 minutes.
You will need to accept the End-user License Agreement (EULA) again to continue using the CMS.
If your account IS NOT set up for MFA, you are directed to the Multi-Factor Authentication page and you are encouraged to sign up for MFA.
If your account IS set up for MFA, you are directed to the Home page.
