The Suspend User page (Fig. 1) allows you to suspend the selected user.
This page is not available for your own user account.
It can be accessed from the Access Control page when you manage another user’s account.
User accounts that remain suspended for six months are automatically deleted.

Username
Enter the username.
Suspend User Button
Click the “Suspend User” button.
You will be prompted to confirm that you are certain you want to suspend the user account.
After suspending the user account, you will return to the Access Control page.
