Overview
The Diagnostics page allows you to issue diagnostic commands to the selected Mako and then view the diagnostic results.
The “VPN Cloud Statistics Reset” diagnostic command allows you to reset the VPN Cloud statistics on the selected Mako, which may be helpful when troubleshooting issues.
To execute the “VPN Cloud Statistics Reset” diagnostic command, click its radio button in the Command column of the list. The diagnostic results will appear above the list.

The “VPN Cloud Statistics Reset” diagnostic results (Fig. 1) is a message stating whether or not the service was successfully reset.
Advanced View
There is an “Advanced” link below the diagnostic results that allows you to see the raw data.
Verifying Results

Before resetting VPN Cloud statistics, you can run the “VPN Cloud Connections” diagnostic command to see the current statistics (Fig. 2).

Immediately after resetting VPN Cloud statistics, you can run the “VPN Cloud Connections” diagnostic command to verify that the statistics are now blank (Fig. 3).
