The BGP page (Fig. 1) allows you to configure Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) settings for the selected Mako device. This is only available for certain Mako device models (6600/7582/7600/8600).
Enable BGP

Use the Enable BGP form (Fig. 2) to enable or disable BGP for the selected Mako device.
Off
Choose “Off” to explicitly disable BGP for the selected Mako device.
On
Choose “On” to explicitly enable BGP for the selected Mako device.
BGP Peers

When BGP is enabled, the BGP Peers list is displayed (Fig. 3). This allows you to manage BGP peers for the selected Mako device.
Add BGP Peer

When BGP is enabled, the Add BGP Peer form is displayed (Fig. 4). Use the provided fields to define a new BGP peer for the selected Mako device, then click the “Add BGP Peer” button.
