Mako Voice Fair Usage Policy

Last updated

Mako Networks strives to provide high-quality, reliable services to all customers. Mako Networks prohibits activities that negatively impact network performance or the overall customer experience to maintain this standard.

This Fair Usage Policy applies to all Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services Mako Networks and its subsidiaries provide. Our commitment to service quality requires us to implement reasonable network management practices to prevent congestion and ensure equitable access for all users.

Mako Networks actively monitors usage and reserves the right to take necessary action against excessive or unfair use, including warnings, service modification, suspension, or termination.

Excessive use may be determined by factors including, but not limited to: continuous or near-continuous calling patterns, unusual calling patterns suggesting automated or programmatic use, high-volume calling to premium-rate numbers, or usage significantly above average customer profiles.

Actions taken in response to policy violations will be proportionate to the severity and frequency of the violation, with customers receiving notice and opportunity to remedy the situation before service interruption occurs. This policy may be updated periodically to ensure ongoing service quality.
